Review summary

Us getting onboard and disembarking was very efficient. The international cafe was the best place to eat to avoid long buffet lines during the day. Go early to get any seats in the show they are always full. But after dealing with the officers and front desk I prefer another ship that has better customer relations.

The waiters, room stewards, and workers on the ship were great. It was the front desk and anyone with a uniform on that were the issue. Being an elite passenger I should be able to have my cabin mate husband join me in the tender area. They made up their own rules of one elite card for one person which is not Princess policy and made him leave the area going into Cabo San Lucas. This was happening to other passengers also. At anytime dining there was a long wait and even though we called reservations every morning we were not able to get a reservation. Passengers were at the mercy of who the officer at the door of the dining room who got seated where and when. . General attitude of superiority and rudeness was the behavior of the front desk when any issue was brought to their attention.

Sorry you didn’t have the best experience hopefully your next cruise will be better! I like princess they are definitely a more relaxed cruise with quieter cruisers which is just fine for some! We never experienced bad service from princess! Sometimes I guess it’s hit and miss no matter what line you cruise with!

I have been on 7 Princess Cruises, including 1 on Ruby. Have NEVER had a bad crew experience. Club Class on Ruby is particularly wonderful. Don't know what you wanted from them.
