This was our first trip to Hawaii. If you have never been we recommend the journey. If you enjoy days at see to unwind and relax, this is the trip for you. Princess treated us royally and we couldn't ask for more than that. We would go again anytime. BTW the weather was perfect and the seas were calm.

Excellent accommodations. The sofa was old and needed replacing. The bed was perfect. The balcony glass was filthy and should have been cleaned. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and functional.
Ship tip
Bring mini boxes of soap to do your laundry. They run out fast and don't restock the dispensers.
Iao Valley & Maui Tropical Plantation- very educational. We learned alot about the island, its culture and commerce.
OGG635A Whale Watching Cruise- The whale watching was awesome. Saw so many whales, moms, escorts and calves. There was lots of jumping, rolling, tail slapping and tail rolling. A mom and calf came right to our boat and sort of waved to us. The biologist lowered a hydra phone and we could hear the males speak. Amazing!!
Waterfalls Spectacular: Akaka Falls & Rainbow Falls - we toured the island to the falls. Saw rain forest, magnificent vegetation and spectacular falls. Our driver reveal alot of the islands history and traditions.
