Overall, a very good trip. But, as mentioned above, I felt the quality of the food had slipped a bit from prior trips and the by the glass wine selection needs to be increased. The shows were excellent, although we had to get there at least half an hour early to get a seat. We do not think the quality of the Crown Grill warrants the extra cost. Would have liked to have had more dishes common to the region we were travelling such as clam chowder, fried clams, stuffed quohogs, etc.

The cruise had numerous ports of call and we enjoyed them all! The cruise director ( Matt O'Brian) and his staff were wonderful...we laughed a lot!

good service from our room steward & food service all around especially our Waiter & assistant - shows very entertaining (saving seats should be MONITORED) - purchased DVD - played it @ home - poor recording & did not sound like the Cellist Brandon & Tenor Brandon James - wasted $20 - needed add'l meds - went to Medical for consultation for $95 - never rec'd any calls or meds - $95 wasted - thank goodness we enjoy cruising OTHERWISE THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY SISTER AND ME

Need more entertainment and adjust qualities of foods.

Rather disappointing cruise, not a good value, ship will nickel and dime you to death, ports to cities not disclosed as inconvenient. Food was about a 5 on a 10 scale, steak in Crown Grill specialty restaurant was very fatty.

Royal Princess is a step up from most of the Princess fleet. Lovely to look at. This itinerary is not for pool lovers. The weather is cool, but lovely. The ports are filled with history. Excursions are a must! Cruise Director, Matt O'Brien, is the best we have ever experienced! We hope we find him again!

Overall a great cruise and trip. Loved each port and would recommend. Matt O was a fabulous Cruise Director. Some of his staff lacked his enthusiasm. The local entertainment brought on board was very informative and enjoyable, would definitely recommend this cruise

We enjoyed our time on the beautiful Royal Princess. However, we were not pleased with our cabin steward. Each day of our cruise we had to remind him that we needed the ice bucket filled. He was not consistent when servicing our cabin. We had to write notes to tell him we needed a new box of tissues, more toilet tissue, clean glasses and adding body wash to the dispenser in the shower. This is something he should be taking care of on a daily basis since he services the cabin twice a day. We have been cruising for many years and have never had this problem before. We were very surprised that the use of hand sanitizer or washing hands before going into the Horizon Court was not encouraged everyday of the cruise. We were told that after 48 hours guests should know this should be done. That was not an appropriate answer when you are trying to keep guests healthy.

I most likely will not cruise on Princess again. The overall experience did not come close to our experiences on Celebrity, Norwegian, and others. Also, we was able to save over $500 each for the 4 of us by booking similar excursions offered on line by Viator and others.

Princess needs to computerize their system for bar charges! The waiter simply writes your folio number on the ticket. If the number isn’t written clearly or is entered incorrectly you get charged for someone else’s drinks. Fortunately for us it only happened for two drinks someone else ordered. We were charged for their drinks! We complained to guest services but were not compensated.

Everything was good except for the fact that British Airways lost our luggage. Mine was delivered to me on board in Liverpool, 5 days into the cruise. Marcie's luggage never made it to the ship. It was picvked up in Savannah, GA 15 days later.

Since it was a crossing was surprised that only a couple of days we were rocking and rolling! Otherwise nice and smooth!

Communication was my only complaint. We were never sure what floor to disembark from. Also, my husband had a wheel chair and it could not fit in the buses. Excursions were hard to plan because no one knew when it would work or not.

I probably would not sail on this ship again due to the dining room food. There was 7 of us and we all felt the same way. More dislikes then likes. I have cruised 27 times and never encountered this before,

Enjoyable and relaxing! Met great people and had a lot of fun!

We were delighted with the ship, the food, the lounges, the excursions, the music, the shows. Met many lovely people.

Great vacation trip - the weather and crew on the Royal Princess were terrific.

I know this survey was addressed to my husband Hans Thordin but I'd like to clarify that I am the wife. I have been on many great cruises over the last three decades and I'd like to indicate that this was by far the most special cruise I've been on. The entertainment was mind-blowingly spectacular.

Overall a great relaxing trip. We enjoyed the entertainment and the food experiences!

We booked only a month in advance because we needed to get away to somewhere warm and relaxing. We loved it.
