Review summary

I know this survey was addressed to my husband Hans Thordin but I'd like to clarify that I am the wife. I have been on many great cruises over the last three decades and I'd like to indicate that this was by far the most special cruise I've been on. The entertainment was mind-blowingly spectacular.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Excellent service. Great shows, performances and food. Out of this world talent from all the performers. The pianist Perry Grant was the best thing that's ever happened to the cruising industry. I wish I didn't have to go back home. Already having withdrawal symptoms. A+++++

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Perfect

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pool. Jacuzzi. Trivia games. Crooner's lounge with Perry Grant every night. The Piazza. All the bands were great. Everything was fantabulous.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The singers and dancers were A list. Sonia Selbie was top notch. I became addicted to Perry Grant, had to watch him every night. Some nights twice.

Children's Programs

No kids with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cabin steward was awesome. Restaurant, bar, and cafeteria staff very courteous and professional. Same with Shopping staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Gorgeous. Tasteful. Clean. Elegant. Perfect.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect size. Clean. Comfy bed and pillows. My only complaint would be that the toilet was too high for a 5'3 woman like me. It's made for longer legs. The toilets in the common areas were normal height but not in the cabin. This was the first time I've been on a cruise that had a high toilet.

Ship tip

Join in on all the fun games and do NOT miss Perry Grant if you're lucky enough to have him on board. Also watch the shows with the ship dancers and singers. They are A list performers. Never seen so much talent on one ship. Watch the building of the champagne water falls. Very interesting.
