Review summary
Princess needs to computerize their system for bar charges! The waiter simply writes your folio number on the ticket. If the number isn’t written clearly or is entered incorrectly you get charged for someone else’s drinks. Fortunately for us it only happened for two drinks someone else ordered. We were charged for their drinks! We complained to guest services but were not compensated.Embarkation

If you buy drinks at any bar ake sure your charges are correct every day. We were charged for someone else’s drinks. We told the service desk but nothing was done to correct our account. At the desk there were two othercustomers complaining of the same problem.
