We had such a great time. Boat staff if wonderful.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. The cruise package was a 50th anniversary gift from our 4 children and they could not have chosen better. It was the dream trip, an experience of a lifetime!

Excellent cruise. Really enjoyed the Glacier Bay day and information from the Ranger. The only bit of disappointment was with the Duck Boat excursion in Ketchikan. Kudos to Mircea and Lawrence who served our dinners in the Allegro restaurant. I need a special GF diet and they went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable!

The cruise was truly amazing and an experience I will never forget. I never thought I would see that many glaciers in my life. I'm glad I had the chance to tour the different ports and learn about the history of each. Overall a beautiful, wonderful experience!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this cruise to Alaska. Princess did a top rate job. The ship was clean. Service was outstanding. The sites in Alaska are beautiful if you like nature. Food was plentiful and good.

Fabulous! Love the staff, especially Nelson my cabin steward and Kaylin personal trainer and Spa staff who made it extra special! I got to do everything I wanted to do and more.

We really had a good time. We will definitely go on another cruise onboard any Princess ship.

If you have the flexibility, look for "drop and go" fares which become available close to sail date.

Double check the ships billing. I ordered the PLUS beverage package through Princess Cruises for 2 rooms, 4 guests total and got way over charged and only got 2 packages, 1 person in each room (which they dont even do). It took a total of 6 hours to resolve. Twice at 3 hrs each at customer service. Plus at checkout it was still incorrect. Very frustrating. That was a big bummer, very stressful for a 3 day cruise.

Again, we took this cruise to get away and relax. We are at a point in life that we prefer (and are able to, being retired) take longer cruises. This one was our first since the pandemic and was especially attractive being Roundtrip SF (close to home) and afforded us the opportunity to visit family and friends in two of the four ports. We are sailing with Princess again on 5/27 (with another couple) to Alaska

The only issues we had were with dinner reservations in the main dining hall. But we were able to get in without one. The wifi was mediocre at best. And room service was not reliable at all. We received 7/12 orders. . With that in mind we also had a full ship of guests 3,500 people. So i could imagine the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Nothing turned our trip sour. It was great overall.

The princess line of cruises is definitely targeting an older audience. I call it "summer camp for the second half of life". Not a ton for kids to do, but when kids are with a multi-generational group, together you can have fun no matter what.

We loved cruising and would cruise again in a heartbeat! The Royal Princess experience was a cut above other cruises we've taken. We loved traveling on the "Love Boat" and especially enjoyed the ship's horns playing the Love Boat theme song as we departed port. Room service was TOP OF THE LINE!!!

A cruise a lot and would rate this one slightly above average. Nothing bad, nothing exceptional. Great itinerary and time in port.

I had heard great things about Princess Cruises. Not sure if it is the losses they incurred with the pandemic, or something else, but I will not cruise with them again unless I read about big improvements.

Maui whale watching was the highlight. As always Princess is a top cruise line.

Highly reccommended cruise, especially if you live in the Bay Area. Although we prefer the veranda, cruising can be an very affordable form of travel vaction without the need to pack and upack multiple time, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. We also highly reccommend the unlimited wifi, drink, specialty dining and pre-paid gratuity options.

Very good, foodnportions too small, Employees work very hard, Better movies to see on top deck such as academy award winners

Great overall experience. I would recommend updating cabins. Loved the dining room food for dinner, Sabotini's specialty restaurant, and Alfredo's pizza. The buffet was good but catered to Asian food. Entertainment was great. I thought the production shows were particularly good.
