Review summary

Double check the ships billing. I ordered the PLUS beverage package through Princess Cruises for 2 rooms, 4 guests total and got way over charged and only got 2 packages, 1 person in each room (which they dont even do). It took a total of 6 hours to resolve. Twice at 3 hrs each at customer service. Plus at checkout it was still incorrect. Very frustrating. That was a big bummer, very stressful for a 3 day cruise.

Princess @ SF, CA changed their policy to streamline check-in like they do in Canada. It took 3 hrs to wait in line, get our medallion and board. Usually it takes 45 min.

Too cold for the sun decks, so full day on board was very slow. Day 3 we got to Canada and all the shops closed down for the rest of the trip so we could not spend our on board credit in the shops or even the casino. So we bought spa hair products.
