Post Oceania's acquisition by Norwegian, quality is slipping

Good itinerary and friendly, very hard working cabin/dining staff offset by: Deteriorating dining service quality (frequent Oceania cruisers blame this on reduced staffing levels as Norwegian cuts costs); and a CHRONIC problem with noro-virus (3rd serious outbreak in 4 months; only cruise ship in CDC's data base showing more than one occurrence of this sickness during past 15 months). As a result of noro-virus, ship denied entry into Aruba and intense, needed focus on cleanliness throughout the ship negatively affected the ambiance of the entire cruise.

Avoid it until they find out what is causing the repeated occurrence of noro-virus.
