We were impressed with Oceania cruise. Food was very high end and specialty restaurants were so good with lots options. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. the cruise also offer shuttles to majority port for those people did not want go excursions on day at port.

Excellent cruise line, great itinerary and delicious dining.

Angelo and Lillian yet again helped us curate an amazing trip. This was our honeymoon and everything was absolutely perfect. They helped with some technical issues we faced with the cruise lines website and even coordinated with family and friends to have some memorable treats delivered to our stateroom. We have our next trip already booked with Dream Vacations and can’t wait to experience more of the phenomenal service they provide!

every thing was excellent it was our first cruise in 25 years and we didn't know what to expect but every thing was above and beyond our expectations

It was okay. The cruise lines cancelled 4 excursions and we had to scrambled to find 4 other excursions. Don't like the shoreline credit perk as it is too restrictive. It would be better if it is simply OBC.

The cruise with Oceania Riviera was an incredible experience. All went well, unforeseen weather issues were dealt with in expedite form, food was always a gourmet experience and shore excursions were fun and efficiently held. All in all I just have to say we can’t wait for the next cruise with Oceania !

We are not cruisers however Oceania will see us again. They do a very nice job.

Overall, an excellent cruise offering a unique itinerary exemplified by diverse cultural experience and supported by superb onboard hospitality. Do take note of the need for advance planning when coursing distant seas, as communications are limited and at times - unavailable. Therefore, it is advisable to have all visas, entry permits and personal finances in order prior to sailing.

Oceania delivered one of my memorable cruise journey/experience with friendly services, quality food and well design /organized excursions. I'd already booked my next cruise with Oceania for my 2025 trip.

Though we used to be great fans, we were very disappointed in Oceania and details on this cruise. Japan is not as US friendly as most ports we have visitied and you must have your passport with you all the time. The language barrier made it difficult, and there is a LOT of walking. It does appear they have reevaluated the tours and the walk ratings have been changed since we booked them. Japan is interesting and I got some great photos. Riviera did not meet our expectations overall, and though similar ship, it does not compare to our prior experience on Marina, which we loved.

with problem of not received embarkation changing (Oceania has my phone # and email address) I will have to think twice to sail with Oceania in the future.

itinerary curtailed to eliminate more than half the original stops. Ended up spending 2 days at sea sailing around in circles in the Persian Gulf. Substitute beach stop on Sir Bani Yas was quite unsatisfactory, offering little more than a beach

We will always probably cruise on Oceania, but it definitely felt less high end this time around vs. our last cruise in 2022. The cruise ship director didn't seem as engaged, the entertainment was subpar, the art classes were not appealing at all (the artist made the classes nearly impossible to attend), the butlers weren't as attentive, and especially the staff was all around less helpful and keen to be there.

Disappointed compared to previous experiences on Riviera

The only thing "luxury" was the price of the excursions which did not have any electronic communication between the guide and us so one had to be close to the guide to hear the commentary. There were even jewelry sales in the lobby like the large cruise ships. Port talks by the cruise director or outside experts were never done.

Cruised with hubby. Loved the ship the food and staff. Iteneraries were great as well. Dining experience was the best. Looking forward to another Oceania cruise.

I have enjoyed all the cruises I have taken with Oceania, this one was no exception. It was a lovely trip with very little that I did not enjoy on board. The upgrades definitely added to the comfort and enjoyment of the boat. The staff, as usual, were outstanding.

The ports in general were poor. Small towns with nothing to do. Looked forward to Norway but felt missed a good experience. When compared armed with Vikings choice of ports, Oceania missed the boat

It was an interesting experience to visit Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Sweden was a country that we have not visited before, and we believe this aspect enhanced our experience. Overall, Oceania seemed to be a better overall experience prior to the pandemic.

The cruise itself was outstanding. The staff take great pride in their jobs and it shows! I would encourage everyone to consider booking your own airfare however. Traveling with flights reserved by Oceania, leaves you at their mercy. Our flight was canceled on the way home and we were stuck in New York for 2 additional days.
