Review summary

The cruise with Oceania Riviera was an incredible experience. All went well, unforeseen weather issues were dealt with in expedite form, food was always a gourmet experience and shore excursions were fun and efficiently held. All in all I just have to say we can’t wait for the next cruise with Oceania !

Embarkation

Fast and organized. We did not have to wait to board and once on the ship we were directed to the lounges and restaurants to wait for the cabins to be readied for us. All very smooth and enjoyable.

The experience was really good, food and wine pairing were superb, but it took a bit too long. The tasting session took three hours and by the time it was finishing we were really tired.

Size of cabin is just right. A clever design makes the cabin practical with many areas for storage of items like personal products, make up and clothes. Decoration is elegant and calm, everything in the cabin and bathroom worked very well.

Ship tip

Enjoy the less obvious spaces like the coffee room besides Baristas, the library and the Martinis Bar. Relaxing at the pool with an excellent selection of world music and services by the attentive staff was just divine.

Again, fast and easy. In less than 30 minutes we passed through all stages, disembarked, got our luggage, passed immigration and met our driver outside.
