It was okay. The cruise lines cancelled 4 excursions and we had to scrambled to find 4 other excursions. Don't like the shoreline credit perk as it is too restrictive. It would be better if it is simply OBC.

No clear signs or personnel to direct traffic as there were multiple entry points and multiple cruise ships all trying to process their passengers. The process was chaotic and frustrating.

We enjoyed the steam and sauna facility. The staff has lost control of locker keys. Only 1 out of 10 lockers was available for use in the steam/sauna room. They need to have a locksmith rekey or replace the locks and have a better SOP to retrieve the keys from their patrons.
