The ship is not at aimed families with teenagers.. It’s aimed at adults who want a formal elegant cruise with smart evenings. And at that it excels. Dress code is important. Most men for eg in formal evenings wore Tuxedos. And even in the informal evenings, a smart jacket is required for dinner. The dress code is enforced. Despite this, the cruise is relaxing and the staff very friendly and polite. The passengers were not stuck up, and we made friends easily.

Coffee/tea & fruit juices are available all day in the Lido we didn't realise this until half way through the week.

Get to the lectures early to make sure you get a good seat. Some of the seats in the Riyal Court theatre have posts slightly obscuring the view

Throughly research the daytime programmes to ensure this is the cruise for you and be aware the ship is ‘dead’ just after 11pm (even on so called Gala Nights!).
