Queen Victoria overview

Warmly reminiscent of a more gracious era, modern technology combines seamlessly with her classic yet contemporary interior. Rejuvenate your spirit at a yoga class, and then head to the Cunard Health Club and Spa for a wide range of treatments, from the classic to the exotic. Relish in the succulent Mediterranean fare at the Todd English Restaurant and created enchanting memories at the Britannia Restaurant. After dinner swing to the rhythm of the band under the splendid glass-domed roof at Hemispheres or under the sparkling crystal chandeliers in the majestic Queens Room. Watch the stars perform from an elegant private box at The Royal Court Theatre, enjoy the aroma of your favorite cigar in Churchills Cigar Lounge, or tempt Lady Luck in the Casino.

Royal Experience on Cunard Queen Victoria by LibertyBella

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Queen Victoria

We have sailed several times on Cunard, and we always enjoy the elegant, traditional, and very British environment on board. We selected the Queen Victoria because the itinerary was ideal, the ship is not overwhelming in size, and the gala nights are a special occasion to shine! We had a wonderful time on our cruise, especially with the splendid on-board entertainment, the delicious dining, the lovely ship, and the interesting ports of call. We would return, and would definitely highly recommend.

Was a great trip overall. Could have made it 12 days - didn't need an extra sea day and Toulon. Summer is always crowded and hot but Cunard was great. Last year we did a 10 day cruise on Holland America and Cunard was also pretty good. by sankaranvinod

Was a great trip overall. Could have made it 12 days - didn't need an extra sea day and Toulon. Summer is always crowded and hot but Cunard was great. Last year we did a 10 day cruise on Holland America and Cunard was also pretty good. The fitness center was good, small but good. Not too crowded. The 3rd floor walk around was good but they closed it every day for a couple of hours for maintenance. It was only me and my wife. The first 7 days were very peaceful and in Rome, a lot of people disembarked and new ones boarded and it was a lot of children who were loud and not well behaved in the dining rooms and even during shows - were loud and got their iPads with them. Very disappointing. Waste of a sea day and another day for Toulon. Could have stayed overnight in Rome and another city - would have been a better use of the days. Overall was a great vacation.

I paid for a balcony room and couldn't use it for 3 of 7 days due to cargo ships unloading and loading and the smell outside my balcony.. Cunard was a very nice relaxing cruise...Spa was disappointing and we lost 2 ports due to ship maintenance by suznrose11229
