If you want good food then you have to pay for the special restaurant.Not handicap friendly at none of the ports

My overall experience was Enjoyable & Relaxing. Because of almost full- capacity the Spa seminars wasn't as enjoyable or at all. My actual spa service was delightful. I love the concept of washing your hands before entering Windjammer - the greeter was always energetic & cheerful

This cruise was our first to Alaska and it was so beautiful. The ship was spectacular as well, customer service was wonderful

We are trying to be fair minded . We have been on Holland America to Alaska and the service, food and ship design was awesome . We have been on Norwegian and it was older ship but really well designed. I just think Quantum was lacking with food and service and cleanliness..

I can check it off the list, but certainly won't be looking for a return trip. This was a one and done for me. The real fun was traveling with shipmates, one of which we were stationed together as teenagers over 30 years ago! The fellowship and family fun was the highlight of the trip.

Very relaxing in the cabin. The ship was pretty full so there were way too many people which added to stress on getting places to eat and elevators.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ship design. This was the largest ship I have sailed on and found it easy to navigate.

it was fun but we just tested positive for covid when we returned home 🙄

The scenery was beautiful but the ship was understaffed and not up to the standards we expected.

Would have to think long and hard as to whether I would sail on this ship again. The only outstanding part of this cruise was the Main Dining room staff and the food. The food, service and menu on this cruise was excellent. It was some of the best I've ever had.

Magical and luxurious, will definitely try again with another trip

Excursions were very expensive. Free Activities are limited for kids. Swimming pools are always full. Food is not the best especially the breakfast

Overcrowded. Long lines. Disorganized. Very few activities. Mediocre food. I would not do this cruise again.

Honestly I would not book a cruise with them again. Way too expensive and nothing to do on the ship

Let me compare you with Carnival in a way that might help. On Carnival: this is everyone's vacation and we are in it together. No one is really on phones, or sitting around bored, it's very friendly amongst passengers and crew alike. Cruise director role is overdone though. On RC: Everyone is on a separate vacation and no one is going to help you be entertained. Passengers are entitled type that are snots to crew, was so disgusted by passengers. Everyone is on phones and it's just sad. I didn't even know who the cruise director was and it was nice to not have blaring overcom driving us nuts. The app is not intuitive and everyone of my 10 people hated it. Charging a daily charge for internet is so rude. Feels like a pocket dig. Probably won't return to RC: why? Lack of organization, lack of variety, entitled passengers.

Overall, RC continues to provide a consistent experience for a great price.

It rained every day we were in port and some ports were not even worth stopping at.

Overall, I am so so unhappy with Royal Carribean. I shouldn't have paid what I did for a training cruise when a lot rode for free. Also I mentioned above half of the problems. It was like a retirement on that cruise ship. It was my husbands first one and now I have to convince them they all are not so terrible

First cruise with Royal Caribbean. It'll be my last. I can't believe I actually paid for that trip. Going to try a different company next trip.

Enjoyable. Royal Caribbean never fails. Food was great. Staff very attentive and friendly.
