I had a wonderful cruise definitely can’t wait for another cruise

Alaska should be on everyone’s bucket list, it was amazing. The ship was fun and the crew was incredible. We made so many friends and lasting memories

They heated refrigerated meds, someone shaved in my room while I was gone, mattress was shot, food at wonderland, windjammer and main dining was pitiful, windjammer cold and old tasting, guest services were very rude and unhelpful, I got charged for things I didn't purchase, wifi didn't work, rc app messenger was 4 hours delayed and no cruise planner, security when coming back on bord were very nasty to everyone. Didn't get things I paid for without a fight. Chose another cruise line.

The embarkation was the best we ever had. We never stopped walking or had to take a seat. Our rooms were great. The balconies were perfect. Our room stewards were wonderful. The activities were amazing and all the staff who ran them were kind and helpful. Dinners were perfect with wonderful wait staff and some delicious meals. We had a wonderful time with family.

My wife had no desire to go to Alaska. Some friends convinced her to do it. While sitting in the airport, she said she would love to do it again.

We had stops in Sitka, Skagway, Juneau and Victoria and all were fabulous. We did three excursions through United Shore Excursions and one with Royal Caribbean and all were excellent. Great communications, easy to find, quality tour guides and places and timely.

First cruise, first time to Alaska. Very wonderful experience start to finish. Hats Off to AFT for helping us with all these firsts.

I would recommend the Virtual Balcony cabin to save money, but still get the view from your room. It was a larger room than I have had on other ships. Alaska is always a great destination in any weather, rain or shine.

We enjoyed this cruise. We enjoyed all our excursions. We loved each port. We loved the ship. So much to do and fun to watch passengers participate in various activities. We loved that you had cornhole and ping pong tables. So many fun activities. We played bingo and various trivia games. All entertainment was great. The food was great. The service was excellent.

Great cruise. However, The Seattle shore excursion booked with RCL after the cruise was a big problem because the bus driver left 3 families behind with their luggage and medicines on bus on way to airport. Royal Caribbean needs to take this situation seriously and remedy the problem.

We got lucky with GTY that we did not have obstructed view. Recommend picking your cabin on lower deck and mid-ship as higher decks and fore or aft really feel the movement.

Cruise was great! All cruise staff, including restaurants, casino, customer service, etc., were all very friendly, fun to talk to and very helpful. Super enjoyed our room steward, Gede from Bali, was amazing!!

The Alaska cruise was a great vacation for me and my family.

Cruise was great! Kids had a blast and our favorite bar was Schooner because of the friendly staff and music. Pizza open late was essential for us after port days. We also liked the music hall.

It was a very good experience, there were some things we didn't like for example the nightly shows, the dusty room, the rude salespeople, some of the food, dessert options, and the canada port seemed rushed. But I would do it again except I wouldn't ever port my luggage at seatac airport since seatac lost my bag. But as much as I don't like cruising since I get sick, I didn't get sick here. it was a smooth ride. I am open to trying royal caribbean again just never out of Seattle- flight were cancelled twice by jet blue (one weather related and one mechanical) and lost luggage reasons, but definitely any other port I'd gladly come back.

This cruise was a bucket-list thing for us and Alaska did not disappoint. I can't imagine any other cruise ship company providing a better experience than Royal Caribbean. We enjoyed this cruise very much.
