To be clear we had unlimited dining and the food was AWESOME. The buffets and main dinning when we did experience was so, so. Food was cold at times.

Staff was always helpful NOT customer service and guest services. We had an issue with double charges and my luggage was damaged with no outreach or resolution yet.

Issue with maintenance while on board they were banging, scraping and drilling on the boats right under our cabin several days in row and we finally stated no more.

It was perfect size other than the noise complaint above.
Need better direction for VIP White pass as signs were vague we no one to direct and we almost missed our trip. The guide was very new and when asked about condiments for onboard snacks my husband was told "no, we do not have any of that type of stuff we do not have the room." rudely, I think he might need a course in tact at this level of interaction and what we paid for this trip.
