Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining room was amazing. The staff was impressive. They were so attentive, giving the grandkids enjoyment by making napkin origami, and chatting with all of us about our day. The food was very good. The buffet was very crowded and impossible to find seating most of the time. The food was okay.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The pools were amazing. The water was a perfect temperature. The flow rider was excellent. The grandkids were able to spend a couple of hours there by themselves. The I-fly was so much fun for them. We all played laser tag one day and rode the bumper cars. The kids did the roller skating. We all played ping pong and foosball. The karaoke was terrific.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The Adele show was pretty good. The final show was enjoyable. One of the comedians was pretty funny.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
The kids only went once and were not impressed. They played a game, but some of the other kids were too rough.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The room stewards, Basar and Vergie were amazing. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The waiters were perfect. Lanjar and Khaerul were so kind and attentive.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Everything was very clean. The only design flaw was in the small buffet where seating was lacking

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was great. The beds were a little on the firm side, but Basar brought a mattress topper which helped.

Ship tip

It's beautiful with lots of activities.

It was very enjoyable. We went to the salmon hatchery and did the tour there. We also visited a museum. Both were excellent.

Skagway, Alaska

It is a very cute town. We went to many stores and collected our free charms and tokens. We had a great walk there.

Juneau, Alaska

We went on the tram up the mountain and went for a nice hike. We saw a guinea hen, an eagle, and a porcupine. We also found a bear track. We did some shopping in town and got some great deals.

Victoria, British Columbia

It was so beautiful. We had a sunny day and walked from the ship to Fisherman's Wharf. After looking around for a while we walked to the Miniature Museum and bought tickets. It was amazing. We were going to get a ride back on the shuttle but it cost $10 per person, so we walked back. It was about a half an hour, so not bad.

Disembarkation

We did self assist. We ate breakfast, then walked right off.
