Review summary
They heated refrigerated meds, someone shaved in my room while I was gone, mattress was shot, food at wonderland, windjammer and main dining was pitiful, windjammer cold and old tasting, guest services were very rude and unhelpful, I got charged for things I didn't purchase, wifi didn't work, rc app messenger was 4 hours delayed and no cruise planner, security when coming back on bord were very nasty to everyone. Didn't get things I paid for without a fight. Chose another cruise line.Embarkation
