Review summary

Great cruise. However, The Seattle shore excursion booked with RCL after the cruise was a big problem because the bus driver left 3 families behind with their luggage and medicines on bus on way to airport. Royal Caribbean needs to take this situation seriously and remedy the problem.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

The shore excursion left 3 families behind after a stop because meeting point was confusing and bus left spot. Our bags and medicines were on the bus. We all had flights leaving from Seattle Airport that day. One family had a handicapped member. See your records for details. I was denied a tour refund for myself and son. Royal Caribbean did not do our families justice.
