Did not enjoy the cruise. Too crowded and disorganized. Long lines for everything.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining room was a disappointment. Mediocre at best.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Limited activities - lots of trivia but little else.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Average at best - not the professional entertainment I expected from Royal Caribbean. Elton John tribute played very little piano - music was the back up band.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Staff was friendly. Room steward was great.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Indoor venues were not big enough for a full ship on a cold weather sailing (Alaska). Everyone was crowded indoors and it was a nightmare.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room steward was great. Cabin was as expected.

Ship tip

Don't.

CRUISE ENDICOTT ARM & DAWES GLACIER

Did not get to see the glacier due to ice. What we did get to see was pretty.

Juneau, Alaska

Victoria, British Columbia

I loved Victoria but the timing was terrible. We were only scheduled for a few hours in Victoria on the night before departure. They were late allowing us to leave the ship so it was Sunday evening in Victoria and everything was closed. Our tour got back late and we missed dinner - the only place to eat on the ship was pizza and no soda available (the only place to get soda is the bar and it was closed). Then we missed the nightly show because we had to rush to get our luggage set out for pick up for departure the next morning. Sunday night is not the time to visit a city and an evening excursion the night before departure doesn't work.

Long lines and waiting. Again.

Sorry your expectations were not met on this ship.

People need to stop expecting much out of the Victoria stop…. These required “Jones” act stops are a silly bit of politics that needs to be buried.

Did you not expect crowds with a ship that size?
