Review summary

First cruise with Royal Caribbean. It'll be my last. I can't believe I actually paid for that trip. Going to try a different company next trip.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
It took 4 and a half hours. It was so disorganized and disappointing.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
They had very little selections and trying to find a waiter on-board was next to impossible.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
They had very few activities and shows. In the casino 3 out of 4 machines were down and all in the smoking section.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The few shows that did play were OK. Spent most of my time in room for lack of things to do while at sea.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Majority of the the few servers you could find were rude. I was ignored so many times it was ridiculous while trying to flag someone down.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Well cleaned but that's about it. You had to walk forever to get anywhere or get anything. Everything was pretty much self serve. As someone who has a limp it was horrid trying to get drinks.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The Stewart was awesome and I liked my room.

Ship tip

Don't.

Ports of call

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
We disembarked an hour and a half late. And for someone who was in line and on the cruise by myself it was horrible because they wouldn't let you leave line to use the bathroom without getting put at the end of the line despite having extremely long wait.
