Not the best cruise we have ever taken, boarding process was terrible and stateroom was like an ice box.

Review summary

Would have to think long and hard as to whether I would sail on this ship again. The only outstanding part of this cruise was the Main Dining room staff and the food. The food, service and menu on this cruise was excellent. It was some of the best I've ever had.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Worst I've ever experienced in 20 plus years of cruising.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Main dining room staff, Deccy Antonio head waiter and Mark Bagotlo assistant waiter, are by far the best we have ever had on a cruise

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Did not participate.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Entertainment was not as good as I've experienced on other cruise lines.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As stated above the dining room waiters (Deccy Antonio and Mark Bagotlo were the best we have ever had in 20 plus years of cruising.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was fine with the only exception being our stateroom. The room was as cold as the icebergs floating outside our balcony.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Size and cleanliness was great but the room was cold as hell. Had to sleep with jackets on to stay warm. Thermostat was totally ineffective. Steward could not fix problem.

Ship tip

Long boarding process and cold balcony staterooms.
