We were disapointed with our room. We have been told that we could sleep 4 adults in the room without telling us that the 4th one had to sleep on the floor. The food was not that good. We ate a lot better during our other cruises. The only restaurant where it was good was the French restaurant. The first night, we had to wait over an hour an a half and once we were seated we had to tell them that we were there. Nobody was serving us. The staff didn't seem happy to be there. It seemed difficult for them to smile. Once we asked to have a blanket and it took over an hour to get it. We also told them that the washroom didn't smell right and it continued to smell even if they tried to do something. The ship is nice but the pool is very small and it is even worst when you are 2 800 passangers like we were.

roudiness in the corridors with no security at night.

Great variety of food and entertainment, friendly waitstaff and attention to cleanliness. There were too many kids on this cruise though, and they ruled the main pool area and it was difficult to find a lounge chair by the pool. Bermuda was great with lots of places to explore.

The trip was great the staff was mostly good. The bar staff when they found out you were only ordering sodas didnt come back to you to see if you wanted a refill, they only came back if someone in your party was ordering alcohol !

The ship was clean and the staff on board were always friendly and accommodating. There were many children on board under 10 yrs old and attending the late night shows, which caused the room to fill up quickly. The children also became bored easily and noisy.

Beaufifully decorated and clean. Easy to get around

the Spirit was very clean and maintained. It had one small pool with a slide for kids and their own hot tub! The adult pool was not large enough. The two main dining rooms were excellent but had a waiting list - we made reservations and got right in. We had a balcony suite as well as an inside room for our kids.

Small ship with not much to do but gamble at the casino and drink at the bars. If you are choosing this cruise because it costs less than the other cruise lines, I strongly suggest going with one of the others. This cruise, although initially the least expensive, ends up costing more in the end because everything on the ship costs more once your onboard. Seminars and events that would be free on other cruise lines all cost $$ on NCL. Even though most things only cost an additional $10-$25, it adds up. Food was okay, but I received most meals luke warm. The only really good meal I had on the entire trip was at cagneys and that had a $25 surcharge per person.

It is a very nice ship and excellent staff but I was greatly disappointed that they tried to charge me an extra $60 a day in service fees which I was never told about and would not have known about if I hadn't done a billing check mid cruise. They make a point of not informing their guests about this until it is time to leave the ship. They can't enforce these fees but is was a big hassle getting them removed from my bill. Because of this sneaky, underhanded business practice I would NEVER recommend Norwegian Cruise Line to a friend. Before going I was informed by the booking agent that all fees etc... other than alcohol drinks were included in the price. I had budgeted $500 for personal spending and was shocked and very irate when I discovered that they wanted to hit me up for an additional $420. aafter I has already paid for the cruise. For this reason I can never recommend this ship or this cruise line.

NCL really needs to step up and update the childrens activity rooms. Very disapointed.

Freestyle cruising seems to be a euphamism for charge as you go. I have been on several cruises before and would not including four Norwegian cruises. I will never do Norwegian again. The extra charges everytime you turn around, exorbitant prices for drinks - they should give the cruise away for what they charged for the extras. Also I didn't like the automatic gratuity. The service was lousy but there was no incentive to provide good service given the tip was automatic.

The ship (including stateroom) was very clean and updated. It seems more like a newer ship than a ship of its age. The minute you step foot on the ship you are greeted with music, cheerful staff & a glass of champagne. The ship is very clean and hand sanitizer is available everywhere. HIGHLY recommend the martini tasting. For $15 you are treated to a lesson in martini making and a tasting of 5 different martinis. Also, don't miss the hot white party.

Loved the ship. It was beautiful especially the atrium with the glass elevators; there were always enough places to sit even if all of the lounge chairs were taken, there were tables available; never a wait for dinner in the main dining rooms and there were plenty of entree choices; the room seemed bigger than ones I've had on other ships, especially the bathroom! Didn't like the entertainment as much as on other ships like the Majesty and the Dream; didn't like that they had so many restaurants that had added charges

THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION I'VE EVERY HAD. LOTS OF FUN

My overall experience of the ship was good. The ship was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. While the dinner menu offered various options; there were few choices for the traditional meals. The entertainment was good as was the variety of things to do during the day. I would recommend this cruise line.

It was a good cruise, the part I liked the best was that it stayed in Bermuda for three days. the food was good, the specialty restaurants were great but you have to pay. the ship is very clean. the only bad part in my opinion was too crowded

From the moment we entered the ship until we disembarked, we were treated like royalty. The champagne welcome was such a treat. Your staff is so helpful and accommodating. Every need was met. The endless meals were terrific. The chocolate buffet was a delightful surprise. We will definitely do this again. Thank you.
