The food was great, although I didn't like the fact that they were taking food away at the Raffles court buffet when we were ready to have lunch. We would eat a late breakfast and were not necessarily hunger at noon to eat lunch- when we were ready to eat they were clearing everything up!! So much for "Free-style"

The staff was very nice- especially the waiters/waitress in the dining rooms and the room stewards were also great!!!

The staterooms were nice- not happy, actually very unhappy & very dissatisfied that we had to pay for an entire cabin for 1 person when clearly both other staterooms 6086 & 6082 that were had booked both were "quad" rooms- both of these staterooms had 3 beds plus a pullout sleeper sofa!!!! We did not have to book and pay extra for 1 more cabin (6081) to fit in 1 other person when in cabins 6086 & 6082 both only had 3 people in them!!! Very upset about this- spoke to reception in the ship who had e-mailed my travel agent (Carmen)- not sure if my concern was communicated correctly but NOTHING has been done in regards to a credit of any sort!! Either Carmen or NCL should have known that these two cabins were able to fit 4 people in them and we would not have to have spend the extra money!!!

Had a great time at Snorkel Park- jet skiing- fun at Dolphins Quest and Maritime museum- easy access to the ferries and buses to get to other parts of Bermuda

Pros: The relaxing time

Cons: the so-called "free style dining"-they took away food from the buffet at certain times where you couldn't eat when you wanted

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!
