Review summary

We were disapointed with our room. We have been told that we could sleep 4 adults in the room without telling us that the 4th one had to sleep on the floor. The food was not that good. We ate a lot better during our other cruises. The only restaurant where it was good was the French restaurant. The first night, we had to wait over an hour an a half and once we were seated we had to tell them that we were there. Nobody was serving us. The staff didn't seem happy to be there. It seemed difficult for them to smile. Once we asked to have a blanket and it took over an hour to get it. We also told them that the washroom didn't smell right and it continued to smell even if they tried to do something. The ship is nice but the pool is very small and it is even worst when you are 2 800 passangers like we were.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

A big deception about the quality of the food. Ate a lot better on other cruises.

Service and Staff

Smile wasn't there. Even when we asked them if they liked what they were doing, the answer was no.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Like told before, the washroom didn't smell good and the pool was too small to accomodate all the people on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

To small for 4 persons.

King's Wharf, Bermuda

We've been told to late that our bus pass was also available for the fery. It is a great way to visit the island. Beautiful place to visit.
Don't Miss: Horseshoe Bay is very nice

Pros: Bermudas

Cons: Our room
