Deck 8 offered the quietest eating options with great views and good service or buffet if you rather.

The best place for breakfast was the buffet you could get an omelet and yogurt and fruit that was the best meal in the Buffet. Find a table first before you get your food. because the food will be cold by the time you find a table.

The Summer Palace Dining Room was incredible --so beautiful ! If you want casual and modern , use Indigo. The food was so good that we never went to the extra charge restaurants!

When using the buffet at breakfast or lunch, go across to the La Cuccina space that is open for overflow. Easy to find a spot to sit.

With the specialty restaurants which I advise....Le Bistro was the BEST, service, food quality, loved it. Cagneys disappointed us this time, service was horrible, and they were NOT busy. The Brazilian was the worst, glad we didn't have to pay, the chicken wrapped w/ bacon was raw & chewy..BAD!

The Sunner Palace offers a different menu nightly and reservations are not really needed. There is no reason to pay for specialty restaurants.

Cagney's Steak House is the only specialty restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The Hot Tubs are nice for relaxation on days at sea. The buffet is usually a mad-house at meal time. Even with mediocre service at times, the Summer Palace is a better place to take breakfast and dinner.
