Review summary
We had a great time overall. We loved Juneau - the Mendenhall Glacier was spectacular. We took the White Pass Train in Skagway. It was so beautiful! Perfect weather too! It was foggy in Glacier Bay but did get to see the Glaciers and one mountain goat as well as some tails of whales! It was rainy in Ketchikan but we basically just did some shopping. Rained all the way to Victoria. But cleared after dinner and we took a bus downtown where the shops were open late. So beautiful with all the city lights. The negatives were the smoky smell in the theater so that I (am allergic to cigarette smoke) could not attend but one of the shows. They also charge for the rockwall and the bowling and some other things including a tour of the ship. I felt like we had paid enough to go let alone having to pay for a bunch of other things as well. The dining facilities were most of the time overcrowded especially the Garden Café. There are a lot of things to do onboard and the staff was nice.
