Room Type: Oceanview

We loved our cruise to Alaska experience. We loved the convenience of the buffet, the option of the dining rooms, the art seminars and art auctions, the trivia activity, the fitness room and spa along with the board game room and library as well as the open areas just to sit and relax. Loved the train ride to White Pass and other shore excursions. Plus all the excellent service on board. Well done.

Cabin / Stateroom We were pleased with the cabin service. Of course, the bathrooms were adequate but definitely on the small size. Appreciated the storage space so we could unload our suitcases and put things away for the week.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Everything went smoothly.
Ship Quality
We were impressed with how clean all areas were.
Destinations and Excursions
Juneau - good, Skagway - expensive, Ketchikan - good, Victoria - trip to gardens too expensive.
Onboard Activities
Art auctions, trivia, piano bar, bingo (cost of cards was high), bowling, swimming, spa... etc... all good offerings
Children's Programs
No children with us. Six adults (all family)
We enjoyed it all.
Service and Staff
Excellent service. All staff where friendly and helpful.
Food and Dining
Good variety on the buffet and good choices in the restaurants.
Juneau, Alaska We did a city tour and trip out to Mendanhall. Thankfully the weather was good.
Skagway, Alaska
Loved the train ride.
Cruise Glacier Bay
Pretty overcast but still impressive.
Ketchikan, Alaska Darn. Rain rain rain. But did manage to go shopping. Souvenir shops were great!
Victoria, British Columbia Would get bus uptown as ship excursion was too expensive - $100 plus when cost of getting into gardens is around $30
