I also wasn't told I would be charged $16/ guest per day for gratuity. We also were never told we had to pay over $200 for crappy limited internet. The 1st cruise we went on was better. They did not charge for soda, the drinks were bigger and cheaper. They also did BOGO drinks. Every night they had different food. We did not get charged gratuity fees. And we only paid $4.99 on the internet.

We have sailed with NCL over twenty times and never had a bad experience. This time was no exception. Bermuda is one of our favorite destinations.

6 people in our party, 5 tested positive for Covid-19 1 day after trip.

Out of all of the cruises I have taken this one was "so-so". Nothing spectacular although it's always nice to get away and sale to Bermuda. Again, the overall dining experience was the highlight of this cruise. Message to NCL; "Please bring back the 14-day Boston to Southern Caribbean round trip cruise".

Cruise didn’t go as planned because of the weather. That was disappointing. They crew did the best to make sure we were safe and taken care of.

Overall we had a great time, great food, and great experiences! We look forward to taking another cruise in the near future!

We had the best vacation ever! You don't have to think about much except for what you want for dinner and what excursion you want to experience! The ship is beautiful and we cannot wait to return!

overall pleasant but not without glitches. Enjoyed our premium dinners and the other restaurants as well. For the most part, staff was amazing. Many travelers were comped the entire cruise. Want to know how to get comps.

If you live in New England crusing out of Boston was easy. Loved Bermuda. Can't say enough good things about and NCL.

Great cruise and I loved going out of Boston and not having to fly to a port

Food and drink were great Internet no good for VPN - good for everything else, if you are willing to pay. We paid about $800 for premium internet for 5 people, because the "free" was garbage. Shows were horrible. Absolute crap. Maybe 1 good one on the entire 1 week cruise. customer service at the front desk was not great. Going to Bar Harbor on a cruise that was supposed to go only to Bermuda when we booked it felt like a bait and switch. Nobody from NCL would give us the reason for the itinerary change.

We left Bermuda a day early and they added Bar Harbor Me (who whats Maine in April) Captain never told us about the change, heard by rumor or in the daily paper. Poor!!! The lack of shows or even one really great one was a big disappointment. Is NCL dumming down their cruises?

My cruise on the NCL Pearl was filled with problems. They were annoying and mostly minor but there were so many stupid things over and over again it was enough to ruin a vacation for sure!

Wonderful cruise. Clean ship. Staff was attentive and fun.

Wish they had been more transparent about exchanging one day in Bermuda for Bar Harbor Maine. This was disappointing.

Terrible Cruise- this was a “Guinea Pig” cruise to give the port of Boston a run in! 30% of the passengers were contractors or travel agents. I feel that it should have been shared with us of this cruises status. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch cash grab. I will most likely NEVER cruise NCL again. Horrible to families! And an utter shXt show!

Bermuda charges were not justified. Why did they charge $40? Nothing to do at St. George where the Ncl boat took us.

Why did I have to do a search after the cruise to find a ship that was Kid appropriate? Why didn't a travel agent warn me? Why did I pay all this money for a hassle. This was not a vacation! NY/NY an extra hour drive for me, for so much more fun on either the Norweigan Getaway or the Carnival Magic or even a Royal Caribbean ANYTHING! This is why I book through you guys and don't try and find it myself! FAIL! I was clear on the phone that my kids and I needed this break, not a cry fest, they honestly said they would of rather gone to school. UGH!
