overall pleasant but not without glitches. Enjoyed our premium dinners and the other restaurants as well. For the most part, staff was amazing. Many travelers were comped the entire cruise. Want to know how to get comps.

very confusing. Although I studied when to have a covid test apparently we got them a day early and incurred costs for being tested at the dock.

Service and Staff

steward was outstanding-I think his name was Arias. All stewards very respectful. Waiters very attentive to any of our needs. Particularly in O'Sheeehan's. I went frequently when I couldn't sleep and they-I think his name was Anthony-was very accommodating. Hostesses were charming. Buffet attendants aware of any needs.
Ship Quality

everything was great but next time I will request midship. We walked between 2-4 miles each day-not counting when we were in port.
Cabin / Stateroom

we were upgraded because I had a medical emergency the the phone was dead. Upon my return to the room I discovered the phone was not connected at the wall. There were just wires hanging out. The upgrade room 8510 was very nice and everything worked as it should.
Ship tip
make sure your phone is working when you first enter your room
The casino comps cruises depending on what you spend and you have to join the casino rewards program. Every cruise line is different with their rewards programs and comps. I am going on a comped cruise the week after Thanksgiving on Wonder of the Seas. You have to pay the normal taxes, Port fees and gratuity fees and what ever add ons like drinks and dinning packages if you so choose to do so.
