Review summary

Why did I have to do a search after the cruise to find a ship that was Kid appropriate? Why didn't a travel agent warn me? Why did I pay all this money for a hassle. This was not a vacation! NY/NY an extra hour drive for me, for so much more fun on either the Norweigan Getaway or the Carnival Magic or even a Royal Caribbean ANYTHING! This is why I book through you guys and don't try and find it myself! FAIL! I was clear on the phone that my kids and I needed this break, not a cry fest, they honestly said they would of rather gone to school. UGH!

This one here, spoiled my Vacation! When I called to make this reservation I was clear on how excited my kids were to enjoy the ship's waterslides and whatever else they had to offer because we love to cruise. Bermuda was my requested destination. There was no slide! The arcade was tiny, and at the only "teen" club they wouldn't let me almost 12 year old in eventhough he was with my nephew who is 18, my daughter who is 16 and my niece who is 13. He was well supervised and all they wanted was to play WII. So instead he moped around the ship, bored. Not cool, exceptions like this should be allowed.

Mini-Suite? I expected so much more, I've never upgraded like this before, thought we would have a bit of seperation, didn't want to have a kid on those seas hanging from the ceiling, so they got the king size bed split and my husband and I slept on a hard couch, not worth the upgrade!

Ship tip

If its not too late take the boat leaving from NY, it is better equiped for kids

18 year olds are not teenagers and cannot go into a teen club. A simple google search would have solved all of your issues you mentioned. Research next time.
