Review summary

From the minute we got there we had problems. 2of 3 of us were flagged by Bermuda TA when all of our information was from the same place and submitted all together. It took almost 3hrs to straighten it out with only 2 people working. advertised open bar however I was charged for every drink, even club soda (false advertising! See picture) we were notified 7 days prior we would have to leave Bermuda a day early to go to Bar Harbor, Maine with no compensation or credit. Seriously….why would you reroute a ship in 75degree weather to 45 degrees and only 26percent of the town open. Highly disappointed!!!

3 out of 5
Not to much to do when you leave 75 degree weather to go to 45 in Maine which was not on original itinerary

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Ok…first ship back with entertainment so I won’t be too judgy

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Zero stars…nothing open for kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was great

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The rooms seem a lot smaller than I remember

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Small room with not much storage. Out cabin stew was great cleaning and replenishing things daily.

Ship tip

I was disappointed by the itinerary change with no compensation or even a phone call. I am also extremely disappointed in for their false advertising and saying this cruise is Open Bar. I was charged from the minute I walked on the ship.

Ports of call

Boston, Massachusetts

Not much to do at this port and have to travel 30 minutes by boat or bus to get anywhere

Disembarkation

Another 2 hours wasted

Firstly they didn't take a bermuda day away they have always docked on Sunday and left Tuesday afternoon. Bar Harbor just replaced a sea day. Notification of the itinerary was made in Decemver 202, so if you didn't know or get an email then they didn't have your information.as farcas the Bemuda entrance mix up that's on the Bermuda health commission, remember to do your research before you book

Sorry you didn't seem to enjoy your cruise. Try a Caribbean itinerary next time.

Thanks for the review. Per the cruise contract everyone agrees to when booking, the itineraries can, and do change, for any reason. There is no requirement for compensation for a missed port (other than possibly port fees), but some lines will offer a small onboard credit for passengers if there is no substitute port.
