Worst cruise line I have ever used. All my complaints have to do with the staff, the organization, and the lack of refinements that I expect for what we paid.

it was great. the only bad experience I had was I have a mobility scooter I need. this is my 6th cruise. we park outside the door due to not fitting in the room. on the 3rd day. it was gone. i was frantic. i called guest service to report and discovered they took it. they didn't leave a note or phone call to tell me. it made me miss my excursion time. they refused to give money back. it was a very bad way for them to handle this.

We enjoyed our cruise, We enjoyed meeting and talking with fellow passengers. The only thing we would change would be the length of our cruise. For us 8 days was to long.

This was my first Norwegian Cruise. I enjoyed it immensely and will definitely book another one.

This was a fun time with my girlfriends, packed with activities and lots of food and alcohol! Would definitely do it again but would reconsider purchasing the spa services and would be a little more selective about the specialty dining packages. I have had better food on other cruises so that may be what makes me consider another cruise line for my next cruise.

The Norwegian folks were very good, the food was out of this world, the ships entertainment was great. I think they need to think about the type of music they play by the pool, kind of way out, at times. The people that helped my husband in the buffet were always wonderful. Enjoyed the Sexy Leg contest and the Newly and not so Newly Wed contest. Vincent was wonderful!

Nice interior to the ship. Outside needs work. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I would not recommend this cruise line at all. They charge for everything

A great cruise with very good weather in December. Our third cruise with NCL and never disappointed. The western Caribbean itinerary is interesting and diverse visiting 5 different countries. The ship, food and crew were all excellent.

The cruise was wonderful and very relaxing. 9 days of great food, service, and relaxation.

all of the trip was good, except the room noise, the tenders and getting on, was a problem, the last tender they got it wright

Nice ship, food, drinks, staff, and activities. We have taken this cruise 4 times and have already booked again next year. This cruise had the oldest passengers and the most overweight passengers of any cruise we had been on. America's obesity problem was front and center. Perhaps being 9 days accounts for this. Even though I am "old" I prefer cruise where the age is a little younger.

Overall, and not in any way because of the Pearl or her amazing crew and staff, we were getting a little itchy to get home on the 7th day. Maybe 7-day cruises will be better for us, and the cool and cloudy weather didn't help, but we still had a great time. The Pearl also has an Alaskan itinerary, which we will look into! Arrivederce and Bon Voyage!

I dont have 150 words to review it. We had a good time. food could be better. This should not be required and it keeps jumping to the top. enjoyed beverage package

As usual, NCL always puts on a great cruise with quality dining and an informal and relaxed atmosphere. We book in the Haven and it provides us access to the private dining area. The staff and crew are extremely friendly and competent.

Overall the trip was good and I am glad we had a chance to get away. The kids enjoyed the teens lounge. We enjoyed the entertainment, gym and balcony room. The excursions were great. I enjoyed all the ports we visited. I did not like the fact that the ship store was very limited on necessities and that a self laundry facility was not available, but the bundle laundry service was good.

Overall the cruise was excellent and I have no complaints. In general I will not cruise again b/c I want more beach time and you only get that if you go directly to a resort. I traveled for 7 nights and got 1 comfortable day of beach on Harvest Caye.

I normally like NCL but this cruise makes me question if I want to sail with with them again. I had been thinking of their new ship the Bliss sailing from Seattle to Alaska and also when it sails from NOLA. Due to their indeference to do something for us regarding the cabin I'm not sure, I really would like it if you would share this review with NCL !
