I would not recommend this cruise line at all. They charge for everything

No issues but it could have been better organized. Lines were an hour long at noon. Rooms were not ready until 1pm, had to hang out in an extremely crowded restaurant.

We did not like the food. My husband got food poisoning on the ship on Day 6. They charged for fruit juice, this was ridiculous. Orange juice only available at breakfast. Cheap cheap cheap--- they had flavored water after breakfast. Not great.
Onboard Activities

Lots of activities, no issues with this. however there is a scam.
1. They have a $5,000 bingo competition but if bingo is not called after a certain time they do not give not the price. Bingo cards are $50 per package at the minimum
2. The Deal-no Deal, no one ever wins a the $2000 prize but they charge $25 a card
The ship made at least $60,000 on just Bingo card sales and Deal-no-deal card sales and did not give out the main prizes
Many customers were really upset it was a scame

Honestly the food is not great, this was our main issue, 9 days on a ship where food was so - so was a torture
We have cruised with them several times and I don't find them to be different than any other cruise line as far as extra charges. great thing is, I almost always get off the ship with a near 0 balance
One thing I have enjoyed on Norwegian is that there are several free dinning venues beyond the main dinning rooms. IMHO deal and or no deal are a form of gambling and as with most gambling there is no guarantee of payout.
