Review summary

Overall the cruise was excellent and I have no complaints. In general I will not cruise again b/c I want more beach time and you only get that if you go directly to a resort. I traveled for 7 nights and got 1 comfortable day of beach on Harvest Caye.

2 hr line at the start but it was smooth sailing after that.

Only stuck with buffet and mostly salads and fruit but most everything I tasted was delicious.

Onboard Activities

Since I don't drink, gamble, play bingo, dance, or socialize much I could not find anything I really wanted to do. It was too cold to swim and I didn't have time for the rock walk. I thought the library was nice. I mostly enjoyed walking around outside on Deck 7. I don't know what activities would suit me since I mainly want a quiet nature escape.

Entertainment

I enjoyed the acrobats and the comedian the most. I didn't participate in any of the others.

My toddler loved the Splash Academy the best. This was also the only time I got to enjoy myself.

This was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Our room was very private and quiet and comfortable.

Ship tip

Stick with the excursions from Norweigan. Do not do your own or another company's excursions. It's too risky and nerve wracking. The ship excursions were very organized and smooth.
