It's unlikely that I will sail with NCL again unless I see reviews that their food has improved to prior standards.

In my humble opinion (only being on 2 cruises) I feel that the cruise was very organized, the staff always did their best to entertain us and make us feel welcome, and I would not hesitate to take another trip with Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Disappointed in food shows and overall experience on this ship. Boarding and departing were nightmares.

Overall a beautiful experience, loved seeing all the different ports and checking out the multitude of entertainment onboard. Can't wait to go again!!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ship was always very clean. The layout was good also. I would love to see an improvement when tendering. If you could have people register for tenders by showing proof of early excursions and have them out on the first tender boat that would be fabulous!! BEAU TAHANA in District Brewhouse was exceptional!! Definitely go check his show out. 9-12 pm. Very fun time and always gets crowd involved. Definitely worth a stop in there to check it out. Bar staff was extremely good also!

There was nothing wrong with the cruise, except for a degradation in the quality of the food. A new cruiser would have nothing bad to say. But as an experienced cruiser (25 cruises with more than half on NCL) it bothers me what they have taken away while all the while charging more. We'll probably be taking a break from NCL until they restore some of the things they have cut back on.

Great getaway for a week! Monkeys in Roatan, pool in Belize, day on the ship in Costa Maya, and Fishing in Cozumel!

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER,…. Will I EVER, Cruise NCL again! Where to start? Well, I caught Covid on the cruise. I’m 64 years old, Never had Covid. But caught it on the cruise. Now let’s talk about the cruise itself…. We had problems booking the cruise. We had problems getting the airlines booked correctly. We had problems booking excursions. The excursions we wanted were not available. The ship was packed full of people. The excursions that we did purchase, were ran very unorganized. They were so bad, NCL gave me half my money back for one of the excursions. I could go on and on and on, But I won’t. But I will promise you, I will never cruise NCL again. Oh, When I tried to bring this to the attention of the Ricardo from India Never got a response back from his office at all.

Not as much activities as previously cruised on different cruise lines will not be returning

Had traveled with NCL on their smaller ship, the Sky was very disappointed but gave NCL another try. Many NCL staff advised going on a larger class of ship to get a better opinion of NCL. They were right in saying so, and the experience was beyond the first impression.

I am making this complaint because for the terrible customer service I received from Norwegian Cruise Lines on 3/18/23 and the date I bought the cruise in July 2022. I booked a cruise for 3 people with Norwegian Cruise Lines in July of 2022 and our sail date was 3/18/23. My wife was denied entry to the ship because they said her passport didn't have the correct VISA attached to it, but when we booked the trip over the phone, I was VERY SPECIFIC about her passport not having an updated Visa attached to it. I told the salesperson that we were married, and she recently lost her Permanent residency card. I asked him for the 2nd time, “are you sure she can board, because her Visa to the US is expired but we have been married for 10 years and she just waiting on her lost permeant residency card? He said "Yes again" she be allowed to board with an Israeli passport. As long as the passport isn't expired. " He said if her passport isn’t expired, she will be allowed to board. What he didn't tell us was she can board but she will not be allowed back into the US after the 7 day cruise. Now this is terrible customer service and clearly he was just trying to make his commissions and didn't care about peoples livelihood. When we got to the port in Miami for NCL, my wife wasn't allowed to board the ship on 3/18/23. It was because her Israeli Passport had an old Visa attached to it. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager. I told the manager; I would have never booked and paid for a cruise for $5,500 on a ship that my wife couldn’t board. It broke my wife and son’s heart that we couldn’t board together. We booked this trip 8 months prior and were counting down the days since July 2022. My son is 12 years old and image if we boarded and his mom couldn't come back into the US. The manager was very nice at the port, she said to call the customer service number and I will get a full refund. She said he made notes on her end about the error. She was correct when we spoke to customer service person over the phone, she offered us a full refund for their mistake. She said I would get the funds back in 2-3 weeks on my credit card. I only received $2,000 back and I am still owed money. I called and asked for a full refund and now they are telling a different story. They are saying the Visa rules are very clear, that it was our mistake. Why would they give me a partial refund if it was my mistake. This complaint is in reference to my trip and I was offered and promised a full refund. I asked them to go back to listen to the call on 3/18/23 at 5:38 PM. I was offered a full refund over the phone. This is terrible customer service and if you promise something to a customer, you should keep your word. Please if anyone reads this please stay away from NCL- Norwegian Cruise Lines. Thanks Patrick

NCL Joy is a very nice ship. Staff was great. Cleanliness was amazing.

We had a great time. No complaints. It's vacation so we enjoyed ourselves. Don't sweat the small stuff.

It was a nice clean ship. The food was very good. The staff was amazing. The only downfall was too many people for the accommodations. The elevators were always full, always a wait to get to another level. The pool area was way too small for the number of passengers.

This was my third cruise with NCL and my fiancés first cruise. He enjoyed it so much, he wants to do another in September. It was an amazing time, we made the very best of everyday and kept busy. We even joined in some activities we normally wouldn’t back at home like bingo, dance line lessons, game shows. We booked passes for The Vibe which is a pass only section of the ship that has its own bar, bathrooms, rinse off showers, two hot tubs and plenty of lounge chairs - it was the best decision we made. I’m not into crowds at the pool, and I didn’t want to be around noise and children (I escaped my own) so this was extremely enjoyable for us.

We had a good time for a family cruise. Would avoid sprint break in the future if we can for a slightly less crowded vacation bit anytime you are sailing is better than week in Canada in March.

Too bad disembarking was so bad , cruise was great for families but lacked security. Cikdren unsupervised running in halls causing havoc

I would never choose Norweigen again. I am not sure if this is just the way things are now but we chose it for the destinations, activities and large balcony suite. I chose to tip all staff with cash and very well I might add. Usually 20 or 50 to each one. We chose to waive the gratuity fees as it was an option. The front desk updated out account as such. I was still charged roughly $1100 for gratuities. It would be better if all costs were more upfront. What was assumed and prepaid for all inclusive with pre purchased unlimited packages 7k ended up costing close to 13k after we were off the ship and still missed out on dining due to availability.

Way to many people and Norwegian could not accommodate all of us for the entainment so it was a earlier bed time every nught

Very good itinerary with at sea days between ports to relax. Very poor organization during both the embarkation and disembarkation process. We have done other cruises before and have never experienced this level of poor planning and lack of care. Boarding in Los Angeles was the worse we have ever experience as NCL staff did not prepared well nor showed any empathy for the hundreds of passengers that were exposed to freezing rain and high winds. Many boarded the ship soaking wet which could have been greatly minimized by properly staggering passengers.
