It's unlikely that I will sail with NCL again unless I see reviews that their food has improved to prior standards.
Embarkation

Very busy and crowded but moved smoothly
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Food was mediocre at best. In the complimentary dining rooms there were no prawns, salmon, lobster, or escargot. We were served a lot of Hake, which was often fishy-tasking, indicating lack of freshness, dry, tasteless. The steaks were tough. Pork and chicken were good. Desserts looks good but tasted all the same. Presentation was good but we did not have a single memorable meal. Fine food is one of the highlights of cruising and NCL failed badly. They also made no effort to seat us at table with other people although we did request it.
Observation Lounge
5 out of 5
Loved the wrap around Observation Lounge. I spent most of my time there.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I did not like the makeshift stage area in the atrium with folding chairs where musical groups, trivia, and games were played. Too many specialty dining rooms meant fewer lounges for entertainment.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Footloose and Elements were entertaining, but a bit amateurish. We were never able to get into the Beatles Review or comedians, which were performed in too small venues.

Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Too many specialty dining rooms, too few lounges, no library. Loved the Observation lounge.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Club Balcony "Suites" are not suites at all, but rather balcony cabins with large bathrooms. We were very happy with our cabin size and amenities which included a coffee maker and treats several afternoons. Only one cleaning per day, but it was adequate. Our steward was charming.
Ship tip
No library. Wonderful Observation Lounge, which wrapped around the front of the ship and included a Starbucks and snack bars.
Terrible. The customs/immigration computers were down so it took 4 1/2 hours to disembark. We missed our flight but luckily rebooked and got home the same night. others were not so fortunate. It was not NCL's fault.
Sorry about your less than great cruise. I have seen many reviews where the food quality is not up to par on other cruise lines/ships. Must be either Covid caused experienced galley staff to not return or the cruise lines cutting back for profit concerns.🤷🏼♂️
