Very good experience, good value for my money. I was able to get off on time and able to catch my flight

It was expensive. Will go where it is much warmer next time, although weather was OK for the season that it was in Alaska. Tours were high priced also. Would rather stay more at the pool during the day. Seafood night lines were way too long. Better process needed. Crab legs were difficult to open without a cracker.

Loved this cruise. If you are flying make sure that you do not have a early morning flight out of SEA as several ships dock at the same time so the airport is nuts. It took us 45 min to get to the TSA scanning area. The line went on for ever.

We went on this cruise with 11 other family members. It was the trip of a lifetime and was enjoyed by all. We hung out on the 15th floor observation deck. It was always able to house the gang and food and beverage service was perfect.

This cruise was excellent and marvelous. The service is great and the food is delicious. We enjoyed the cruise and will be looking forward to revisit.

Loved it and will cruise with NCL again. The experience exceeded our expectations.

This was my first cruise experience.. the Haven was relaxing and was a nice reprieve from the Chaos of the rest of the ship- reminded me of Vegas. the ship is nicely decorated.. Plenty of activities on board.

Great cruise on brand new ship. The crew of GM Martin was always there for the guests !!! We just did 2 cruises on the Bliss in October and thought it could not be beat , but Joy raised the bar . Thank you to NCL for another great cruise !

The cruise was a blast! One of the mornings I was having coffee in my room, looking out the balcony slider and I saw a whale tail!!! It was amazing! Went out onto the balcony and there were about 6 whales! So I would highly recommend a cabin with a balcony, if you're going to splurge, do it on getting the balcony! I traveled with a Cpap and they had distilled water for me and I was able to request an extension cord, however, I would bring your own cord that way you don't have to worry about returning it to guest services on that last morning. I recommend purchasing the drink, fine dinning and internet packages before you cruise. What would I do differently next time? Pack about half or even less, of the clothes that I brought on this trip. There was a mini fridge in the room but filled with items for purchase so no room for leftovers, there was a coffee machine and a hair dryer, not sure if that is standard in every room. Make your reservations for the shows as soon as you get on board, they fill up fast. Enjoy!!

Overall the cruise was enjoyable. The ship was laid out very well. Clean, nice decor, and even 2 Starbucks!! The food was pretty good across the board. But if you want the best experience the premium dining was great but was booked almost solid from the beginning. The cruise line had been running a promo where you got free premium dining and I think they over promoted that one cause it was jammed up when on board. The accommodations for Disabled guests sucks. If you want a room that can hold scooters wheelchairs (as they cannot be left in the halls or common areas) you have to book WAYYYYY in advance, and the rooms are usually the higher cost ones which isn’t fair for those who need it but can’t afford those rooms. We had a balcony room and there is NO way anything besides a cane or a folded up walker was going to fit in there and even that was a challenge.. not ok. As for the elevators, Norwegian needs to take note that their decision to board people in ports via deck 5 and deck 4 is CRAP! the people with scooters and wheelchairs were directed to deck 4 while the bulk of everyone else went via deck 5. Well guess what happens when the elevators all stop at deck 5, and fill up? They head back up and everyone on deck 4 sits and rots FOREVER.. my parents are disabled and cannot go up the stairs. We waited for over 30 minutes to try and get an elevator. No one was policing them, helping assist disabled guests, it was a free for all with the occasional one that would come to deck 4, everyone that was physically more able would crowd it and stuff it full. NOT ok.

Overall a great trip, some more time on the port calls would have been nice. The luggage transfer to the airport was the worst part. Someone owes us $80. Today we found additional charges on our credit card and we don't know what they are for, they were not on our bill. Please contact use.

Do not waste your money with Norwegian. After all of the difficulties we encountered we were offered a credit of $100 towards our next Cruise on Norwegian. I sent an email back to the Customer service Manager who sent me the offer and let him know that I would never sail this cruise line again even if was free.

Do not read any reviews for April Cruise on 2019. They are biased as they are from the Travel Agents who received a free cruise to go. Food was horrendous at the Garden Café. to the point we waited until we got to port to eat lunch. Even breakfast they screwed up. Do not let them take your luggage, you will never see it again. They do not know how to transfer your luggage in Seattle. Still do not have my luggage. Staff is CLUELESS. They do not speak English well and cannot answer your questions. Children's club took the kids to the nightclub where alcohol is served. Avoid the Joy and take another ship. Do not go for concierge level. After 5 days we went down to meet the Concierge as he never showed up, he was not at his station. Had to go to regular guest services to make dining reservations as he was never around. They even changed my show reservations and dining prior to getting on the ship and cancelled some dining reservations without asking me what I wanted.

Too big for me. Especially, the company has an issue of efficient operating system: E.g., A long waiting line of customer service; unbelieable long waiting time to get off the ship. It is very unfortunate that the company was not predicting and preparing this with ~4000 people on the board.
