in general ok, but it's too big for me.

Review summary

Too big for me. Especially, the company has an issue of efficient operating system: E.g., A long waiting line of customer service; unbelieable long waiting time to get off the ship. It is very unfortunate that the company was not predicting and preparing this with ~4000 people on the board.

I’m hoping all the little problems are worked out and everyone adjusts.

I'll be interested in hearing how things develop after the crew had had time to settle in to the US market. I can understand some inefficiencies early on.

You did know how big it was when you booked it. We have been on ships with 6,000+ passengers a few times and never experienced any issues you are speaking of, but they were on other cruise lines. We are on this ship in February. Hope we dont have same opinion. We rarely ever visit guest services and dont get on and off ship at peak times. Hope all else was a good experience for you.
