Food and services were disappointing. Cabins in our part of ship sometimes we're not cleaned until 5 pm. Cleaning crews really worked hard, seemed understaffed. We felt the 20% mandatory tips on food/beverage was not worth it. The daily $20/person service charges were not worth it.

This is a very low key cruise which might be good for singles because of the large concentration of singles aboard or for people who do not really want to get off this ship. Aside from scenery, the cruise stops did not have much to offer. The cruise excursions were overpriced. The food on the ship was mediocre at best and disappointing. I really liked the music, especially the Latin music band and most of the entertainment. I enjoyed meeting my lovely fellow passengers but I will not be cruising with NCL again.

Overall, the food kind of ruined our experience. We were so disappointed with it.

If given the chance ...I would not book the Caribbean in August again. Weather was super hot and 90% humid. Unless you have to travel this month I would wait til after September when hurricane season is over. That being said..Joy is a great ship and I prefer their forward cabins. Closer to gangway when you get off, to Theatre, buffet and tbe Vibe.

Overall it's a 3.5 like most reviews. All ships have pros and cons. The food is great, the rooms are nice but there is no soundproofing. The ports are great but not enough time to explore. The entertainment was ok, but typically with long lines unless you are a haven guest. Ita becoming like Disney where you have to pay a lot to skip the lines. But there is a good variety of entertainment. The staff always make the trip great.

This ship needs some improvements on the musical entertainment and food quality/variety

Due to a hurricane our island time was reduced..so we rebooked during a better weather season to spend more time on the island..

IT was our first cruise and we are looking forward to booking our next adventure!

Overall, my wife, son, and his friend had a great time on the Norwegian Joy and really enjoyed our time in Bermuda as well. I'd definitely recommend this cruise.

Great experience, while we don't like to repeat vactions we are considering doing it again because we feel we didn't get to experience the full ship there was so much to do. Amazing Staff all around.

Every trip is what you make of it...Many speed bumps but enjoyed time with family...Not a ton to do in Bermuda excursion wise, but it is a beautiful island...Disappointed with the service and entertainment....

Having been on multiple cruise ships, NCL Joy is the most overcrowded and poorly designed ship. With so many people crammed into limited public areas, it is hard to avoid getting infected with Covid (unfortunately we got infected). Suggestion to NCL: 1) Limit the number of passengers 2) Elevators have occupancy sensors, program them NOT to stop at every floor if there are already 4-5 people inside. 3) Install temperature sensors at the gates to isolate people with fever.

It was OK. I know this is a first world problem. If I had to do it over again, I would have rather spent my money on a differnt cruise line.

Great cruise. Bermuda is beautiful and great to be there for 3 days.

In the past, cheap cruises gave perks. Not this time. Will be looking for other travel agency.

This was a bucket list trip. Along with the dolphin swim, I was able to check off many boxes. Traveling with friends and family was phenomenal and NCL made it possible for us to experience and explore Bermuda and a great cruise experience.

The cruise was amazing. We truly had the best time ever. I can't wait to do it again!!

Extra charges for so many things included on other cruise lines. Ship is lovely for families, activities for all ages. Public areas are VERY LOUD!
