Review summary

Food and services were disappointing. Cabins in our part of ship sometimes we're not cleaned until 5 pm. Cleaning crews really worked hard, seemed understaffed. We felt the 20% mandatory tips on food/beverage was not worth it. The daily $20/person service charges were not worth it.

Sent food choices back several times, poorly prepared, tough meats. Got food director involved, he served us one evening and saw first hand what we experienced.

Weather problematic, top deck was oftencluttered with deck chairs when we tried to walk laps. Crowded.
