Review summary

Every trip is what you make of it...Many speed bumps but enjoyed time with family...Not a ton to do in Bermuda excursion wise, but it is a beautiful island...Disappointed with the service and entertainment....

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining room was weak...Cagney's and LeBistro excellent...I guess that's what happens when you want to upcharge. Loved the locale...

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
With the exception of the Go Karts (Which was surprisingly fun) and the Drop Slide...Boring...Musicians trying to sing contemporary hits with bad accents...70's, 80's, 90's and Glow party were fun...Comedian was brutal....Luckily I was sick and missed Elements from what I was told...Pool deck too small...Too many people...First two sea days, I did not see any workers removing towels unattended on chairs...Last day, when there were actually many available, they decided to enforce the 30 minute rule where unattended belongings were removed from chairs if unattended for 30 minutes.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
See above...Thought they were tough to watch....And the shows game shows normally hits on other ships were in the Atrium with very limited seating...

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Asked the Room Steward for extra towels...We got them ONE day...Was informed that the dining room does not have more than tables of 12 as I was looking right at a table for 16....After making previous arrangements...Very slow service in the dining room....One night the entire order was wrong...Not enough staff...They are very overwhelmed.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It was fine...

Ship tip

On sea days, have breakfast...Go to the gym or spa...Wait until Noon to 1pm to sit in the sun...It will be much easier to find a chair.
