Spa made me wait for one hour, and offered no compensation after I walked out. It felt like a dollar salon. I kept having to get up and ask if I would be seen. On a ship with dock in three hours every minute counts! They didn’t care. They also didn’t care my husband took time to make an appointment the day before. They also just stared at me when I complained. I have two little kids and they were waiting for me to get back so we could actually use the pool. There was just no time so every minute mattered. Spa people were arrogant ignorant people that did not care. Ended very bad with yelling and no apology from staff. I thought I was at a best cuts. I called in a formal complaint after....and never heard a reply from anyone. Not what one would expect from even and okay salon. This ship was not about the Spa, which is fine. But they should not advertise it so much. My husband was trying to give me a treat.

Sorry the spa experience was bad. I too had a unenjoyable spa appointment (on a different cruise line). Booked nails and massage, had nails done and while there they called my cabin looking for me for the massage. I just couldn't understand how they didn't know I was already there.
