If you are with a large group, your best bet is to skip the restaurants such as Taste and Savor. They have few tables for large groups, and you will have to wait at least an hour. Instead, go to the Garden Cafe.

Make sure you take advantage of the unlimited drink package they offer on the first day onboard before the ship sails- it adds up quickly otherwise. Pack a 10 item capsule wardrobe of things you love to wear- but take one dressy item-

Suggestion... Don't sign up for long excursions at every island, or you won't have time to walk around and shop or take in the local sights.

Never cruise Norwegian!! They are rude and the only nice staff we met was our sweet steward who cleaned our rooms.

Don't book the inside state rooms, rooms are very small Also very small halls 2 people can't walk side by side at a time Take advantage of the easy booking and easy access to cruise info using the touch screen located all over the place, avoid long lines in the customer service desk.

If you don't need to sit at a more formal dining area - go to O'Sheehan's Pub! The food (pub fare remember) is really good!

Spend the extra on the balcony cabin. You don't spend a ton of time there, but when you do it's much more roomy feeling.

Get up extra early in the a. m. hit the gym each day with a positive outlook. Enjoy the spa pampering services, specials offered throughout the week... Great deals and well worth the time to just relax!!

Book excursions online! They tend to book up quickly! The drink package and specialty dining package are the real deal! Definitely try the Japanese Restaurant! It's wayyyyyyy better than Kobe's!!!
