Enjoyed almost every moment. Smooth sailing, nice to have light til late in the evening. Food was fabulous, employees friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our balcony.

This was our 8th cruise and our first cruise with Norwegian. We wanted to see the Baltic cities and chose this cruise as we though it was good value for the 9 nights and we did not want to go on a 11 or 13 night cruise. We did not like the Freestyle dining. I much prefer a set dining and show time. Even though it is Freestyle, you have to reserve your seating ahead of time and the same with the 3 main shows. The shows were adequate. Norwegian staff did not do much to make sure people obeyed rules (kids in the Adult hot tub, people sitting in stairwells, drunks in the spa). We did not use Norwegian shore excursions because they were unbelievably expensive. We used TJ Travel. Many outdoor activities were closed during our sailing due to weather, but the weather was not stormy -- it was just overcast and cool. The highlights: our balcony cabin was worth the extra money, our cabin steward was good, and the food was not bad. Overall, I much prefer Disney or Carnival for the service, things to do, shows, and amenities, but these were not offered in the Baltic.

Great to see several countries to help you decide which ones you want to visit again for more thorough exploration.

We loved the NCL Getaway and the friendly, kind staff! This is a LARGE ship, and thus there are plenty of things to do, especially during the days at sea such as the casino, trivia games, and shows...we loved the food/meal options, and tried them all. The excursions were a bit pricey, but very, very good!

Overall it’s a great trip. The cruise line has great customer service and station room cleaning staff. Need improve communication about port address and provide bus or free shuttle information.

Pick a different line. Having sailed others and NCL I was surprised how much I felt like NCL couldn’t be bothered with customer service. They sell themselves as a higher level cruise line but they did not live up to it on this cruise.

It was an excellent cruise, however, if you don’t like crowds and cold weather, you should think about other ships.

Never paid for a drink with the adult liquor package (base brands included Tito's, J.Walker, Tangueray and many others). Internet was bad in the room (download 1MB per minute). Less than half were Americans on board. Older crowd.

the itinerary was lovely the places were beautiful the two biggest issues were the extra charges not disclosed upfront and the flat rate hundred dollar five minute taxi ride .

We love and have always used them to book our cruises however we were underwhelmed with Norwegian. While it is true we got a great deal on our cruise they certainly nickel and dime you to death the entire rest of the time to make up for it. The entertainment on the ship was below par and the kids programs were terrible. They have two xbox systems for the entire ship to share and every child wants to play. A tiny TV and the arcade games will set you back 2.00 a game for basketball and skeeball. The spa services try to upsale you on products so much to the point that the insult you (experienced this while talking with other guest about their experience). Very tragic.

-The experience can be quite expensive. -Amazing cities with wonderful excursions available. -Try to take advantage of as many free shows and classes as possible. - Meet people from all places of the world. -Download the ncl app to know what’s going on at all times (no internet required for app use).

All the restaurants has the same menu every night- I feel the menu should be different for each restaurant

Amazing experience . Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

The cruise destinations were wonderful! I would have to say that the Getaway has some work to do to improve their activities and tendering process. We are very glad we went but not sure I would have paid the top dollar that we did. Due to NCL Getaway's fault, we missed our first port, but they only compensated us $25 each - we chose this cruise for the destinations, and think that the value of the destinations was worth much more than that.

Never again on this ship that was overcrowded and missed 2 ports; would rather have done it on my own on the ferry through the fjords and flights to Iceland & Scotland.

Overall, this was the worst cruise I have ever been on and we don’t think we will ever do a Norwegian cruise again. It was still vacation so it was good but 2 days into the cruise we were already counting down the days until we could get off the boat. We tried to make the best of it since it was 14 days long, but every day there was something new that just made us wish we had chosen a different vacation. The good-bars, live music, and million dollar quartet, our room steward, portrait studio, and bartenders The bad-everything else

With all the issues that happened on this cruise it seemed that the communication for Norwegian was terrible. Especially prior to sailing. Norwegian made changes several time leading up to the cruise and that forced us to make several changes ourselves. I told the guest relations desk that they had the hardest job on this cruise due to all the unhappy guests. Lines for complaining we long the entire 10 day cruise. See what I mean about the communication with Norwegian, even the ports of call on this survey are not even updated of correct. (That kind of sums up the entire trip) I understand that Norwegian had to make these changes to the itinerary but they really dropped the ball on the way the guest were reimbursed and communicated to. We have done 5 Norwegian cruises in the last 3 years and I don’t know if we will do any more. We always loved the Getaway and that’s why we hav cruised on it 4 times but I’m sure this was our last.

Worst I've ever been on. Norwegian should be ashamed. They shortened cruise by 2 nights and dropped 2 of 4 ports of call one week ahead of cruise. Compensation was minimal. I don't plan to sail Norwegian again. They've offered a 25% future cruise credit. I don't plan to use it because I don't trust them

it was just really bad. Please please don't use Norwegian. Very low budget
