Review summary
We love and have always used them to book our cruises however we were underwhelmed with Norwegian. While it is true we got a great deal on our cruise they certainly nickel and dime you to death the entire rest of the time to make up for it. The entertainment on the ship was below par and the kids programs were terrible. They have two xbox systems for the entire ship to share and every child wants to play. A tiny TV and the arcade games will set you back 2.00 a game for basketball and skeeball. The spa services try to upsale you on products so much to the point that the insult you (experienced this while talking with other guest about their experience). Very tragic.Embarkation
