We like cruising and recommend it. If you enjoy cruising, having a balcony is worth the price. Taking advantage of the Latitude Rewards get you great bonuses and amenities.

Overall, we had a great experience on this cruise. The weather in Boston was cold and rainy, but Norwegian has no control on the weather! Our time in Bermuda was wonderful. We had beautiful weather and our shore excursions were excellent. We loved Bermuda. Our sea days were relaxing and fun. I would definitely recommend this cruise because we had enough time at port to enjoy the island of Bermuda.

We would definitely cruise with Norwegian again. One of the things that struck us most was the cleanliness of the ship and the "washy, washy" staff who kept the germs at bay. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Nothing is 100 percent perfect, but NCL can improve on many fronts. Music was TOO LOUD, and after many cruises, one can see where NCL is cutting costs (and services are reflected). NCL should ask how can they can be 2 steps better than Royal Carribean (free style or family type cruise) without becoming another HAL or Celebrity (higher end or more luxury cruises)

Was a good cruise overall. Library had awful hours would be my only complaint. Staff was awesome and friendly. The sushi was amazing and even though it was al la cart it was extremely cheap (average of $8 for a full, fresh made plate). A good trip overall

Leaving from Boston is convenient for us (Maine) and the cruise was a nice break from a long winter. Bermuda is very nice, clean, and friendly people, but pricey. We went to a presentation on board touting cruises from Boston or NY but it was all NY. The presenter suggested that Norwegian was eliminating southbound Boston cruises. But others said this was not so. Everyone should be on the same page.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience! Everything just adds up while you’re there so you need to make sure you bring extra cash with you.

Great time with 2 friends. Enjoyed every day on the ship and the 2 days spent on Horseshoe Bay.

Awesome cruise. Great service and food. Staff was amazing and so kind. We even saw dolphins and whales on the way back. Wonderful experience and we will be back!

This cruise was fun and entertaining; a good way to experience the south caribbean without spending a lot of money. I highly recommend it.

I really like the Gem, but for some reason found the restaurant service not as good as in other trips before.

Overall great cruise. The free drinking package it did make worth while.

All in all we had a wonderful time. Relaxing and adventurous. Beverage package and specialty dining is a must if your a drinker and want more food variety. Worth the money for sure

Cruise left a day late, Norwegian did little to help customers waiting in NY. Ships. food, staff, entertainment etc. all were average. Ship is old but clean. Ports of call were best part. I'll not take Gem again. Unimpressed

This was the first cruise since my husband’s surgery 22 months ago resulting in a tracheostomy. We were a little apprehensive about meals. Well our food and beverage manager Vikramraj and his restaurant managers took excellent care of us & we have never enjoyed dining so much and look forward to sailing again with NCL in the future.

I enjoyed my cruise even though we lost ports. I used the spa which was great and they were not pushy about buying their products, just made suggestions. Gym area great. I feel they don't offer as much as they did 10 years ago, entertainment, gem talks, little things that offered freebies. Shore excursions seminars used to give freebies, discount coupons, prizes and they didn't do that on the last 2 cruises I went on. Caganie's was the best dinner but slow.

First time cruisers. Loved the Production Cast shows - Swing, Blazing Boots, and Get Down Tonight! The Cabaret show was terrific! Guest performers were also great! We would choose to explore islands on our own rather than take shore excursions on future cruises. Overall, a great experience!
