The Stuart for our cabin did a great job. Magenta restaurant had a great wit staff, but Joe Fernandes did an excellent job on taking care of us at dinner time. Personally I prefer fix dinner time, so you can have the same waiter throughout the trip.

The layout at first was difficult to navigate, but the second and third day was easier. Cleanliness was at its best.
