Review summary

One of the best cruises I have taken and most have been great. Highly recommend this cruise and I am thinking of doing this again in 2021.

Embarkation

NYC Port employees are very rude and nasty. They also don't know their job very well and had me in the wrong line etc..Then despite NCL knowing she had a passport card never said it was unnacceptable and she has cruised all the time with it.Once that fiasco was ended and I was able to board quickly and efficiently.

Enjoyed nightly music in Magnum's, the Atrium and went to Theater show nightly.

The staff on the Norwegian Gem were amazing. Any questions were answered and if you needed something they were always thereto help.

Love the layout of the Jewel Class much more than the larger ships.

Very comfortable and steward kept it very clean. Large balcony and very large room.

We did that cruise last year. Love the Gem and the Spinnaker lounge was the place to be. Great Outdoors for breakfast every morning.
