For example: We wish the ship would have allowed us to buy pictures at a later date online. They are very expensive and most of the time at the end of the ship you have spent all your money. We know we would have bought online at a later time if we had the opportunity to do so.

They do not tell you that you can bring sodas and water unless you call and ask. We did and it saved us a lot of money.

Be sure to get a cabin near the elevator. It makes navigating the ship easier.

The ship is huge with so many floors. Such a large gym and walking track. So much to do and lots of fun to be had.

Make sure you have your shorts or swim suit with you when you check in...bags can take a while. Got 2 of our 3 bags by 6 and the last, mine, at about 9:30 pm.

Ship is large and carries over 4000 passengers. Pool areas congested on sail days.

the epic was just horrible -- poor food, poor service, found hair in my food -- not once -- but twice!!! But -- the worse thing was THE CONSTANT FOUL GARBAGE/SEWER SMELL THAT FILLED THE SHIP. THEY HAVE A SERIOUS SEWER BACKUP ISSUE.....AND THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINTS ...UNTIL THE END.

If you are choosing this ship for its size, be advised that most of the extra space is used for shopping and a very big casino. Be advised that Norwegian has gone with the strategy of charging extra for good food. You will not get anything great in the free restaurants.

For example: the ship itinery was excellent . it would show who and what going on. my suggestion for first timers is to bring your luggage aboard with them so they can change and be comfortable and not wait till 6pm for the luggage to arrive by staff, theyre to many passenger to expect luggage to be in room.

The ship was great, quite new and very well maintained. You need to review your bill because we were overcharged with some drinks. We had the unlimited beverage package so we should not have charged drinks that we had already paid for.

It is obvious, but anyway: split your luggage before getting on the ship - to have small set of summer clothes ready available.

You need to reserve all dinners and shows immediately upon entering the ship. Many desired activities and dinner times are gone quickly. First time travelers may find nothing they wish to do will be available if they wait.
